Impressive setting with lovely grounds to explore and within easy reach of North Berwick and other coastal towns. All the staff were very helpful and efficient. Excellent food in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast with an option to eat in the lounge area rather than the restaurant. The afternoon tea can be recommended.

staff super friendly, attentive and helpful, the grounds are so well kept, the garden was beautiful for wandering, our cottage was a great size and very comfortable. our dog was looked after as well, and if you're looking for a new mascot for the property she's open to offers !

The food was fantastic. Free room upgrade was appreciated. The staff were also fantastic, especially taking cases to and from the car but (see below) The garden was incredible.

The staff are the hotel's greatest asset. Very pleasant and attentive We travelled with our labrador and the hotel gave us a private dining room as dogs are not allowed in main areas of the hotel

Wonderful Staff - so helpful. Fantastic location. Food was really lovely. I travelled with my little dog and they provided room service and gave him a special sausage on a separate plate for his breakfast which was a lovely touch.

The staff couldn’t have been lovelier or more accommodating to us! The room was so comfortable and clean and had a nice luxurious feel. The breakfast was absolutely divine and it was such a special stay start to finish.

The hotel is unique and lovely. Set in beautiful gardens, it overlooks the famous Muirfield Golf Course. Staff were great and breakfast was first class. My golfing friends and I had a wonderful time. Guests can enjoy a relaxing drink inside in the bar or the library; or outside in the garden or by the croquet lawn watching the golfers.
